The historical residence called “The Conventino” located near the city of Rome welcomes you with an atmosphere of history, art, design and simplicity, giving you a truly unique and exclusive experience. An ideal starting point for those wanting to visit the Eternal City without sacrificing the pleasures of comfort and relax. A perfect place for unforgettable cultural events, special receptions and parties.
The Conventino is connected to the church by forming a cloister with a central cistern, now bare of the portico that once used to surround it. A careful choice of materials and renovation works have faithfully preserved its original features, simple and humble, typical of Capuchin architecture. The interiors display striking shades of earthenware tile floors, ceilings with wooden beams and bricks, wooden and iron doors.
It is impossible not to be impressed by the beauty of the building, starting from the cloister embellished by the ancient cistern and the church that although lacking a roof, guards the intact appeal of its history.
The compound is surrounded by a vast park left in its natural state with thriving vegetation and a view on the neighbouring vineyards, olive tree groves and farmlands.
Rows of cypresses, tall spruce, olive trees, grapevine, lemon trees and bay trees provide a magnificent background, while roses, hibiscus and daisies adorn the charming garden giving the impression of being far away from everything and everyone, absorbed in another spatio-temporal dimension, that of the Conventino.
